Activity: I understand that I will participate in an approximately one-hour for-hire cruise aboard a traditional Venetian rowing gondola in Huntington Harbour and adjacent waters near Seal Beach, California.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, drowning, capsizing, collision, falls during boarding/ disembarking, weather hazards, equipment failure, and acts of other persons. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release and Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, and covenant not to sue [Your Gondola Company Name], its owners, officers, employees, agents, crew, contractors, and insurers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from my participation, except for claims resulting from the Released Parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my acts, omissions, or breach of this Agreement.

Rules & Medical: I will follow all safety instructions from the gondolier and Company staff. I represent that I am physically able to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept responsibility for costs.

Minors: If I sign for a minor, I represent I am the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on the minor's behalf.

Media: I grant the Company the right to use photos/video of me for promotional purposes unless I opt out below.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California under AAA rules. If arbitration is unenforceable, venue is the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by California law. By signing below I confirm I have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
